E&J Billet Stationary Bearing Support
The E&J Billet Stationary Bearing Support is a bolt-on performance upgrade designed to provide additional support to the eccentric shaft in Mazda rotary engines.
By helping control unwanted E-shaft movement and flex, the E&J stationary bearing support is designed to reduce load and premature wear on the stationary bearings while providing a more stable eccentric shaft assembly.
Machined in-house by E&J Autoworks from billet 4140 chromoly, this is a purpose-built solution for high-performance Mazda rotary engine builds.
Mazda Rotary Front Bearing Support
Also commonly referred to as a front bearing support or rotary eccentric shaft bearing support, the E&J system provides additional support at the front of the eccentric shaft.
Controlling eccentric shaft movement becomes increasingly important in demanding rotary engine applications where engine speed and load place additional stress on the rotating assembly.
The E&J design supports the E-shaft while eliminating the need for the applicable factory thrust bearing assembly.
Billet 4140 Chromoly Construction
The support and spacer are machined in-house from billet 4140 chromoly for strength and durability.
Rather than adapting or modifying the engine to accept the support, the E&J system has been designed as a bolt-on installation with no modification required for the correct application.
