E&J Autoworks was founded in September of 1996. We started our journey as a performance and repair shop. Because of the love for speed, we started to create and design our own products. Our love for racing grew when we got together with HP Racing they asked us to help with their Honda Civic. We are proud to say that our input and work helped them achieve the world record in the second year.
We decided to get our first CNC machine in 2001, Brand new HAAS VF3 3 axis. It was not an easy road since we were not machinist by trade. It took one year of hard work and study to learn how to program in CAD and learn to machine.
We decided to start simple, so we started to create exhaust and turbo flanges in steel. In six months we were selling flanges all over the United States and never looked back.
After a few years of gaining experience and knowledge, we decided to step into the rotary engine community and create parts that are in high demand. It was not an easy thing to do but we love the challenge. Our first parts was our Famous 8injector throttle body. They took over like we expected, we started to see cars building more power, and setting new world records. The rotary guys became the guys to beat. The import scene exploded because of all the new records. That gave us the fuel to continue our journey. We started to notice the need for top quality parts, so we attacked that need. Today, E&J is one of the biggest producers of apex seals in the market and proud to have more customers with world records and personal best than any other company.
Within 10 years of being in business, we now have 2 CNC machines and one wire machine and we are making all of our parts in house. Our goal when we started was to bring the best parts, and service at the best price and we are proud to have accomplished this and will continue to provide our customers with the utmost quality parts in the industry.
